Coffee landscape in Nagaland

Nagaland, in a cup

High-altitude Arabica from Pangti village, grown under forest shade by smallholder farmers in the Amur Falcon migratory corridor.

Where it grows

Pangti sits in the Wokha district near the Doyang River—an ecology-forward landscape known for the Amur Falcon migratory corridor.

The coffee here is grown by smallholder farmers (many women-led) under forest shade. Elevation and slow cherry maturation help preserve bright acidity and fruit structure, while intercropping (ginger, pineapple, black cardamom) adds a distinct sense of place.
